Job Responsibilities

As a CCTV technician, you will handle different types of CCTV installation and technical support tasks.

  • First, install CCTV cameras at homes, offices, shops, factories, and commercial locations.
  • Next, configure DVR, NVR, XVR, IP cameras, and network cameras according to project requirements.
  • Also, install and manage CCTV cables, power cables, connectors, switches, and other accessories.
  • In addition, set up remote viewing through mobile phones, computers, and other devices.
  • Moreover, configure network settings for IP cameras and NVR systems.
  • You will also troubleshoot video loss, camera connection problems, power issues, network errors, and recording problems.
